Hilary Duff at a World AIDS Day "Elixir" book signing
Stepping out for a book signing that was Hilary Duff spotted at a Borders in Glendale, CA on Wednesday 1 December. The blonde beauty looked lovely as she signed copies of his new literary deal, "Elixir" for some lucky fans during the World AIDS Day fundraising efforts.
