Neetu Singh Biography and Pictures

Neetu Singh, born 8th July 1958 is an Indian Bollywood actress. She worked as a child actress under the name Baby Sonia. She played "Roopa" the 1966 film Dus lakh and dual role in the hit film Do Kaliyan. Her other famous films were Waris and Pavitra Paapi.

Neetu Singh made his debut as a heroine in 1972 Rikshawala which was a flop. In most films, Neetu was cast as the gay daughter or the 'optimistic' or 'lively' girlfriend. She acted with top stars her day, especially Rishi Kapoor as she appeared in 11 films.

Neetu and Rishi Kapoor were in love. She was on top of his career, has just been nominated for a Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress for Kaale Path in 1979 but she retired.

Rishi Kapoor made his debut in his father's 1970 film Mera Naam Joker, who plays his father's role as a child.
